We are situated in the town centre, close to most major attractions.

Blackpool North Train station and National Bus station is a 5 Minute walk away, the seafront and the tram system is 10 minutes walk straight down the road.

We provide car parking for 4 cars on site; additional parking can be arranged at a cost of £5 per night.

To the front door there are seven 6 inch steps with a hand rail at the left side, then one 9 inch step into the hallway.
The Bar/Lounge and Dinning room is situated on the ground floor. 

Bedrooms are all on the first floor with twelve 4 inch stairs onto a small landing and then four 4 inch stairs to rooms one and two and three 4 inch stairs to rooms three, four and five.

A warm welcome is extended to service dogs of our visual and hearing impaired guests. We are very familiar with "Typetalk" and our website as a simple on line secure booking service.

Dietary needs accommodated from Low fat, dairy intolerance, celiac and other diets please inform on booking.

We are totally Non Smoking through out the building, a Smoking Bin is situated outside and we would like to remind guests not to smoke at the top of the stairs as the smoke comes back into the building.

Unfortunately we do not have a lift or Ramp at the premises, or any where to store Electric wheel chairs, we have room for you to leave prams and fold down wheel chairs so they are not in the way.

The hall and corridors are uncluttered at all times, for easy access in and out of the building.

Help with luggage is available if required.
